7 Days Replacement Policy
- If by any chance we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return us that product in Original Condition within 7 days of your purchase and get another product replacement at no additional cost.
- The Product should be in original condition with no tags, labels or anything removed from original packaging.
- Tec Mart provides full one week replacement policy for all our products so you can be sure that the product you have purchased online has no manufacturing fault or defects. If any issue is reported within a week, then your product shall be replaced right away after due diligence.
-To apply for the replacement of product you just need to write an email at [email protected] with subject replacement and attach the below mention points:
1). Your order no.
2). Name of product you order
3). Reason for claiming of replacement
4). Picture or video as an evidence.
As soon as we receive your request our team will review it and get back to you within 24hrs. If the claim found valid you'll be asked to send the defected product at our defined address, and simply your product will be replace with a new one within 3-7 days, after receiving the defected product.
